I founded this company as I have 40 years of clinical experience in Integrated Medicine, and I wanted to do exactly what all my patients had asked me for over the years, eg books and courses that were easily accessible. I was also born with some rare conditions, that means I understand exactly what it is like to struggle on multiple levels to thrive, rather than merely survive. I know what we are  up against when our days can suddenly, or cumulatively, feel unmanageable, grabbing us and shaking us so hard that we just do not know where to turn. 

We secretly begin to wonder if we have the tools to cope or stand steady again. And yet all of us are being challenged constantly because..... BEING FULLY AND GLORIOUSLY HUMAN NEEDS UNPACKING FOR IT TO BECOME FUN, ENERGISED AND PURPOSEFUL. Very often those who have been challenged the most seem to have discovered that paradox. I wanted to build a company that invited people into that incredible journey of self discovery.
